FAQ
Common questions, answered plainly.
What we are, how we price, what the build and the ongoing relationship look like, and what happens after a system goes live. If we did not answer yours, send a short note.
Engagement structure.
What does Execution Partner actually do?
We build AI, growth, and finance systems for established businesses, then operate and evolve them. We sit on top of the tools you already use, build what moves the business, and stay to run it. We are an execution partner, not an advisor and not a software vendor.
Are you a consulting firm?
No. We do not sell hours or hand off a strategy deck for you to implement. The deliverable is a live system that runs in your business. A consultant tells you what to do. We build it and run it.
Are you a marketing agency?
No. We do not sell campaigns, creative, or social media management. We build the infrastructure that makes marketing work, the website, the follow-up, the attribution, and the marketing benefits show up because the systems underneath are better.
Are you a software company?
No. We do not sell a product you log into and configure yourself. We build customized systems using the best available AI tools and we run those systems for you, so you do not need an engineer on staff to keep them working.
Do you bill hourly or on a retainer for access?
Neither. Each engagement is a build with a defined scope and a fixed fee. After it ships, there is an ongoing fee that covers operating and evolving that specific system. It is not access to someone's hours. It earns its place every month or it ends.
Pricing and timeline.
What does it cost?
Pricing comes after we know what we are building. Pricing something before it is scoped means overcharging the easy work and undercharging the hard work, so the first conversation is about figuring out what you actually need. Then we quote it.
Is it a project fee or an ongoing fee?
Both, in sequence. There is a fixed fee for the build, then a monthly that covers hosting, maintenance, and keeping the system current as the technology moves. When you want something new built, that is a fresh project that folds into the ongoing relationship.
How fast can you deliver?
Often in a few weeks rather than the months a traditional build takes, because we use AI to do the heavy lifting. We can also launch in stages so you get an essential version live fast and add the rest after.
How soon could you start?
Typically within 30 to 60 days, depending on what is already in delivery when you sign. We are deliberate about pace so every client gets real attention rather than overcommitting and creating a delivery problem.
Working together and access.
Who is on your side of the engagement?
Senior people. The team that builds the work is the team in the room. There is no junior bench and no account-manager layer between you and the people doing the work.
Who do we need on our side?
Usually the owner or a close second-in-command, plus whoever holds access to the key systems. We keep the working group small on purpose so the work moves.
What access do you need?
Access to the systems the build connects to, your domain, CRM, scheduling, and so on. We walk your team through giving the right level of access without handing over the keys to everything, and we do not ask for what we do not need.
Will this disrupt the tools we already use?
No. We are additive, not disruptive. We sit on top of what you already run and connect to it rather than ripping it out. Removing the fear of breaking what works is part of the point.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are working inside your business and your data, and we treat that seriously.
After the build.
What happens once the system is live?
It moves into the operate-and-evolve relationship. We keep it running, maintained, and current, and we tune it as we learn what is working. The system does not go stale because someone is responsible for keeping it current.
Do we need an in-house technical person to maintain it?
No. That is the difference between us and a software vendor. We do not hand you a tool and leave you to configure and maintain it. We run it for you.
How do we add new capabilities later?
We scope the new capability as its own build with a fixed scope and fee. When it is accepted, it folds into the system we already operate, and the monthly grows to reflect the larger system we are running.
Can we end the ongoing relationship?
Yes. The monthly continues only as long as it earns its place. We are direct about exit and transition rather than locking you in.
Got a question we did not answer?
Send a short note. We reply within one business day.
