This privacy policy describes how Execution Partner LLC collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to this website and people who reach out to us through it. The policy is intentionally short. We do not collect more than we need.

Using the Atlas platform is covered separately by the Atlas Platform Privacy Policy, which describes how business and customer data is handled, including data from connected accounts such as Google. The Atlas Connect mobile app has its own policy.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

• Information you provide to us. Two forms on this site collect information. The short form asks for your name and either an email address or a mobile number. The four numbers questionnaire asks for your name, your company, an email or mobile, your trade, whatever you have of the four numbers, your city, and anything you want to add in your own words. Everything except a way to reach you is optional.
• If you give us a mobile number. We may reply by text. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, and we do not use them for marketing lists.
• Information collected automatically. Standard server logs and analytics: page paths visited, referring URL, approximate location, device and browser information. We use this to understand which content is useful and to keep the site running.

We do not sell information about you. We do not share information about you with third parties except to operate this website and our standard business tools, or where legally required.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses analytics to measure how the site is used. Where required by law, the site will request consent before placing non-essential cookies.

How long we keep information

What you send through either form is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Analytics data is retained per the platform's standard retention. We do not retain information beyond what is reasonable for the purpose.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
