Privacy Policy.

Effective date: October 28, 2026.

This privacy policy describes how Execution Partner LLC ("Execution Partner", "we") collects, uses and protects information about visitors to executionpartner.ai and people who contact us through it. We collect only what we need to respond to you, run the site and improve it.

Using the Atlas platform is covered separately by the Atlas Platform Privacy Policy, which describes how business and customer data is handled, including data from connected accounts such as Google. The Atlas Connect mobile app has its own policy.

Information we collect

  • When you book a call. Your name, email address, the time you pick and your time zone, and, if you choose to give them, a mobile number and notes about your business.
  • When you try the AI receptionist demo. Your website address, your email address and, optionally, your name. To build the demo we read up to five public pages of the website you enter. While you use the demo, we process what you type in the chat and, if you start a voice call, the audio of that call, so the receptionist can answer.
  • When you email or call us. Whatever you choose to include, such as your name, contact details and the details of your request.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, referring page, browser and device). For rate limits on the AI demo we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and how you arrived at the site.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers or health information through this website.

How we use information

  • To schedule and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about it
  • To build and run the AI receptionist demo you asked for, and to email you your results
  • To answer questions you send us
  • To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent abuse of the demo
  • To understand which pages are useful, if you allow analytics
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, under their own terms and only for that purpose:

  • Netlify hosts the website, its forms and the functions that run the AI demo.
  • Google provides Google Analytics (only if you allow it), and Google Calendar and Google Meet for the calls you book.
  • OpenAI processes the website text, chat messages and voice audio from the AI receptionist demo so it can respond. It handles that data under its API terms.
  • Our booking and CRM system stores the booking details you give us so we can prepare for and follow up on the call.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies.

  • Essential storage. Your privacy choice (ep-consent) is saved in your browser, and your most recent AI demo scan (ep-try-scan) is kept only until you close the tab, so the site works as you expect. These are always on and are not shared with third parties.
  • Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* to count visits and pages. They can last up to two years. Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode with all advertising features turned off.

If you are in the United States, analytics is on by default and you can turn it off at any time. If you visit from Europe or the United Kingdom, analytics stays off unless you accept it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and keep analytics off. You can change your choice any time with Cookie preferences in the footer of every page.

How long we keep information

  • Booking details and messages are kept for as long as we are in touch about working together, and then as long as needed for our records.
  • AI demo builds are tied to a token that expires after about two hours. Demo sign-ups (website, email, name) are kept as a lead record until you ask us to delete them. IP hashes used for rate limits are kept per day.
  • Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention setting, and then deleted by Google.

We do not keep information longer than is reasonable for the purpose we collected it for.

Your privacy choices and rights

  • Turn off analytics any time with Cookie preferences in the footer, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
  • Access, correction and deletion. Depending on where you live, including Virginia, California, Colorado, Connecticut and other US states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it and to have it deleted.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. We do not do any of these, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still ask us to confirm it.
  • Appeal. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
  • No discrimination. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
  • Visitors from the EU and UK also have the rights given by the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, email contact@executionpartner.ai. We will verify the request using the contact details we already have, and respond within 45 days, or sooner where the law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that they act for you.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your booking or request. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, and we do not use them for marketing lists.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the most recent revision. If we make a material change, we will update that date and note the change on this page.
