Terms of Engagement

These terms cover use of the Execution Partner LLC website. Work we do for a client is governed by the one page scope signed for that work, not by this page.

Use of the Atlas platform (subscriptions, trials, data ownership, and connected accounts) is covered by the Atlas Platform Terms of Service.

Use of this site

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and to not disrupt or attempt to disrupt the site or any of its services. The content on the site is provided for informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, or operational advice for any specific situation.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Execution Partner LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content from this site without permission, except for ordinary linking and fair-use quotation.

How the work is governed

The first two steps, the fifteen minute call and the working session on your numbers, are free and carry no commitment on either side. Anything beyond them runs under a written scope on one page, agreed before the work starts. That page defines what is being built, who does it, when, what it costs, and what is explicitly out of scope. If it is not on the page, it is not happening.

Nothing on this site creates an engagement, an offer, or a binding commitment. Work begins only when the scope is agreed by both parties.

Confidentiality

Before you send us a number, we sign a one page confidentiality commitment. It runs one way: it binds us, not you, and you do not have to sign anything back. It comes with our reply to the questionnaire, or first if you ask for it on the call. Once we are working together, confidentiality runs both ways, with the standard exceptions for information that is already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

No vendor referral fees

Execution Partner LLC does not accept referral fees, commissions, or rebates from vendors recommended in the course of an engagement. Recommendations are made on the merits.

Limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Execution Partner LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability for any specific piece of work is governed by the scope agreed for it.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
