Lead flow
Uneven, and nobody knows why
Ads, referrals and word of mouth, run by whoever had time. A good month and a bad month look the same until the invoices come in.
Holding companies · search funds · private equity
You bought good businesses. We put the same growth engine into each one: leads coming in, every call answered, and every company reporting the same four numbers, every week.
After the close
Most owner-run companies you buy come with the same gaps, and none of them show up on a quarterly P&L until it is too late.
Lead flow
Ads, referrals and word of mouth, run by whoever had time. A good month and a bad month look the same until the invoices come in.
Phones
Paid-for leads ring out after hours or while the team is on a job. Quotes sit without a follow-up.
Reporting
Different CRMs, different definitions, different spreadsheets. You can't tell which company needs help until it's obvious.
What we run at each company
Every company keeps its own software, accounts and data. We build on what it already runs.
How a portfolio rolls out
Pick one
Walk Brian through the portfolio and choose the company to start with.
Find the leaks
We connect to that company's systems and show where leads, calls and customers are slipping.
Run the plan
We install the fixes, run them, and report weekly on whether the numbers moved.
Roll out
The same playbook goes into the next company, and each one reports on the same four numbers.
One scoreboard
Leads, new customers, cost to sell and what the owner keeps. Defined the same way everywhere, so you can compare companies, not spreadsheets.
Who you'll talk to
Brian helped lead Virginia Green from family ownership to private equity, growing from one brand to six across five states. He has run sales, marketing, service and the contact center for owner-run companies for thirty years, and he takes every portfolio call himself.

No. We build on the CRM, phones and field software each company already runs, and set up a CRM only where there isn't one.
Each company does. Ad accounts, phone numbers and data stay in the company's name, and access can be shut off at any time.
Each company is a monthly membership, and the commercial terms are set per portfolio. Brian walks through both on the first call.
One company and its operator. We start there, report on it weekly, and roll out to the next company once you have seen it work.
