How we work

From a 25-minute call to numbers every Monday.

Here's exactly what happens when you work with us, step by step. The first two steps are free, and you'll see your own numbers before we ever talk price.

Getting started

Four steps, and you know what happens at each one.

No surprise proposal, no 40-page deck, no price before we understand the problem. You can stop after any step.

1Day 0Free

A 25-minute call

No pitch and no slides. We ask how customers find you, what a normal week looks like, and where work gets stuck.

Your part
Just show up. No prep needed.
You leave with
A one-page questionnaire on the four numbers. Want an NDA first? We sign it and send it before you share anything.
2Weeks 1–2Free

A working session on your numbers

We sit down with what you sent and do the math with you: what the numbers say, where money or time is leaking, and which fix is worth doing first.

Your part
Fill in what you can of the questionnaire. Blanks are fine; they tell us where to start.
You leave with
Your four numbers and the first fix worth making, whether or not you hire us. If we can't help, we say so.
Everything above this line is free
3Week 3Priced

A one-page scope

We write down what we'll build, which number it should move, how we'll measure it, and the price. We price the outcome, not hours, and nothing goes live until you sign.

Your part
View-only access to the software you already use, and one person on your team who can make decisions.
You leave with
A signed scope, plus an estimate of usage (calls, texts, email and AI), which is billed on its own line.
4Every MondayOngoing

It goes live, and we watch it

We connect your systems, build your customer record and set up the first fix. Your first Monday Report arrives the week after we have your data.

Your part
Read the report on Monday, and join the monthly session with the founders.
You get
Four numbers every week, a message the day one turns the wrong way, and a direct line to all three of us.

Once you're live

How a month with us runs.

The report keeps you informed every week. The sessions turn what it shows into decisions.

Every Monday
The report

Your four numbers at 7:00. If one turns the wrong way, we call it out that day instead of waiting for month end.

Every month
A working session

All three founders, your numbers on screen. We decide what to fix next and write it down.

Every quarter
A one-page plan

What we're working on, which number it should move, and how we'll know if it did.

Any day
A direct line

Message any of us. You get an answer within two business hours, even when the answer is "not yet."

What you leave with

One page, one decision, one number to watch.

Every session ends with a written plan short enough to stick on the fridge. It names the fix, the number it should move, the target, and the Monday we'll check it.

  • Written by us, agreed by you before anything is built
  • Tied to one of your four numbers, never a vanity metric
  • Checked in the Monday Report on the date it names

Who covers what

Bring us the hard questions.

Each founder owns a part of the business. Between them, they've run the sales floor, the finance team and the engineering.

Brian Redden

Brian Redden

Growth and sales

Scaled a service business from one brand in one state to six across five, and ran the call center behind 22,000 inbound leads a year.

Ask Brian
  • Should I hire a salesperson or spend more on ads?
  • Why aren't my quotes closing?
  • How should my phones be handled?
Deane Boone

Deane Boone

Finance and data

Ran analytics for an $8.7 billion firm and built the chargeback automation that recovered more than $1.7 million.

Ask Deane
  • What does a new customer really cost me?
  • Which of my services actually make money?
  • Why don't these numbers match my P&L?
Garrett Musser

Garrett Musser

Systems and automation

Built the platform the record, the report and the toolkit run on. Knows what the software can safely do for you, and what it shouldn't.

Ask Garrett
  • What can we automate without risking customers?
  • How do we stop typing the same data twice?
  • Is our current software good enough?

What you won't get

No decks, no bench, no middleman.

No 40-page deck

Decisions go on one page, in plain words, with the number they should move.

No junior team

The founders on your first call are the founders in your sessions.

No account manager

If something's wrong, you tell one of us directly.

No billing by the hour

Work is priced against what it's worth to you, after we've seen the numbers.

Questions

Common questions.

How does working with Execution Partner start?

With a free 25-minute call, then a free working session on your numbers. You see your own four numbers, and what we'd fix first, before we talk price.

What does it cost?

We price the work after the working session, based on what fixing your numbers is worth to you. We don't sell hours or plan tiers. Usage (calls, texts, email and AI) is billed on its own line.

Who will I actually work with?

The three founders: Brian Redden (growth and sales), Deane Boone (finance and data) and Garrett Musser (systems). There's no junior team and no account manager in between.

What do you need from us?

View-only access to the software you already use, and one person on your team who can make decisions. We don't ask for either until there's a project worth doing.

How soon will we see something?

The working session happens within two weeks of the first call, and your first Monday Report arrives the week after we have access to your data.

Start with twenty-five minutes.

Tell us how the business runs today. The working session after that is free, and you keep what you learn.
